Feeder traffic is back up to the usual frantic levels after last month's lull, mainly House Sparrows and tits, but as you can see, we were honoured with a visit from a Goldfinch, possibly a juvenile.

We have also had several visits from Chiffchaffs, usually feeding in the silver birch and oak trees but occasionally, like the one pictured, coming onto the roses, presumably looking for aphids.
