When I photographed this bird, I assumed it was another Black tailed Godwit, which is quite a common bird at Keyhaven. When I looked at the pictures though, it became clear that it was very different from the Black tailed Godwits photographed earlier in the same month at the same site.
Shame the pictures don't show the barred tail, though!
