Two of the longstanding omissions from the Cliff Gallery were rectified this month - but neither was photographed at the cliff.

The Swallow pictured on the right was perched on a wire beside my model flying site (the rosy glow from the evening sun tells you that we had had a good day's flying!)

Our first walk around Testwood Lakes resulted in excellent views of Coots and Tufted ducks and, somewhat more surprisingly, our first half-chance to photograph House Martins, which were hunting insects over the shoreline of one of the lakes.
